A noodle staple, the plate is a mixture of braised duck with tofu, Chinese sausage and fish cake; much like Singapore's Yong Tau Fu. The plate is finished in a special sweet vinegar sauce to elevate the otherwise bland fish cake (which they make themselves). A bowl of dry noodle or soup noodle accompanies this smorgasbord of flavours and textures. You can find it at any night market or road side stall.
