The rice roll was enfolded by the softest, most delicate seared salmon. It was topped with tobiko and a small dollop of Mentaiko mayo, but sometimes the small things bring the most kick. π£π€ͺ

Whatβs on the inside is important, too. And in this case, itβs the luscious crab meat, stripped down into small shreds. Idk why they even offer a half roll, bc I will eat a damn full roll on MY OWN
