Comes with diced pickled Japanese plums, grated radish, grilled cheddar cheese and baby potato

Officially opened since the start of this month (1st April), Charcoal-Grill & Salad Bar Keisuke is Keisuke Group’s 19th outlet, hidden at a corner of @payalebarsquare Basement 1. They serve a variety of sumiyaki (charcoal-grilled) items, focusing mainly on traditional fish dishes such as the Mackerel, Salmon, Yellowtail and Black Cod. Comes in an authentic yet affordable Japanese gozen (set meal) which consist of miso soup, onsen egg & Japanese rice cooked in a small iron pot, you also get to enjoy the free-flow salad bar (Swipe 👈 to the end for 📹).

Grilled perfectly over bincho-tan (white charcoal), you won’t be disappointed when you sink your teeth into any of these decadently fatty flesh. It was also interesting how the grilled cheddar cheese complemented the fish so well, injecting a new dimension to each bite.

P.S. Loving their coffee jelly...
