had a wonderful High tea experience at V dining, Herbs & Spices themed.

Starting from the bottom tier, savoury treats - Madras Curry (Lamb Patillas, yougurt) I love it, in fact this is my favourite pick in this high tea set. I’m not a fan of lamb but this has no gamey taste. Curry was aromatic and the yougurt brings out the flavour with a hint of sourness. Good appetiser.
Tumeric (Otah, Lime) another notable dish and Thai Basil (Spring roll, peanut). Coming to the second tier and top tier will be Sweet treats.
Second tier - Sweet Basil (Lemon cake, Vanilla Chantilly). This is so good, not too sweet or sour. Would like to have more pieces 😭 Cinnamon (cream cheese, walnuts) and Scones (Rosemary and Plain with 3 dipping sauces Raspberry, orange (love this) and clotted cream). Scones were well baked, i prefer my scones crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and theirs is exactly how i wanted it to be, lovely😍
Top tier - Pink peppercorn (Cheese Mouse, Raspberry) this is very interesting, when you taste it, it’s sweet but when you bite it there’s peppercorn in it and you will get this peppery but not spicy kick at the back of ur tongue. interesting dessert. Last but not least we have Mint (Toblerone cheesecake) taste exactly like Toblerone.

I would say they have curated this set with much thoughts into it and portray the theme very well. Every dish was notable and doesn’t overpower the next dish. You get a nice number of treats that is actually filling and delicious.
High tea is priced at $48++ with Coffee or Tea and $78++ with free flow of Cremant de Loire. House wine, cocktails and juice available as well with additional charges. Only available on weekends from 3-6pm. They rotate their menu with new creation/theme every 2 months.
Thanks @qijiaeve for the invite and @vdiningsg @blessincasia for this great experience. #jxeatsrecommend
