To start, there in the middle - not to be missed - Supremely fried, crispy chicken skins coated in a savoury spice. And then those toasted bread that comes in three variations and great if you are in a group. My preference was for the mushroom and black truffle cream, slightly over the bak kwa jam / creamy cheese.
