I was very lucky, I only needed to wait within 15 mins to get this plate (I came around 1.3-2 pm / Sunday).
It’s a wetter version of Hokkien mee, tasty with fresh ingredient , but the wok Hei not strong.
So for people who’s like wok Hei taste, might be not enjoy this Hokkien mee.
