Rougamo or Roujiamo 肉夹馍 @ $4.50

Good portion given that it's the price of a meal. First time having this dish and learnt that it's a traditional dish from China Xi'an, which is also deemed as the eastern hamburger.

It's not bad, the filling is really good, can see a good mix of fatty and lean meat. It's a good amount of grease too that makes the flavour good but not too much that makes it feel too oily.

The bun is nicely toasted and served hot but slightly on the tough side and thought it might be better if it's a bit softer. But not sure how that would balance with the outer crispiness. Might go around and try a few more to confirm if this is how the texture is supposed to be.

The dumplings 红油抄手 at this stall looks good too, will be back to try it.
