Finally jumped on the bandwagon of Eggslut and I was very lucky to be there on a Thursday afternoon when there was no queue😎

The Fairfax Sandwich ($12 + $3 for bacon) comes with scrabbled eggs, bacon, chives, caramelised onions, cheddar cheese and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun. The brioche bun is super soft and fluffy and it goes really well with the creamy scrambled eggs that is overflowing from the sandwich.

The sandwich is packed with lots of flavour and it’s really delicious. The bacon is a tad salty - might try adding beef patty instead next time. All in all, Eggslut definitely lived up to its hype for me!
