The Tuscan Seafood Stew ($23) was right up my alley with the myriad of ingredients - Salmon Fillet, Prawns, Mussels, Onion, Tomato, Baby Potatoes, and Dill in a cream-based broth. Lip-smacking, the stew was a little heavy-handed in regards to the seasoning but went superbly with the toasted sourdough. Creamy and rich, the stew held the natural sweetness of the seafood and was not all that cloying. The tanginess from the addition of tomatoes was a nice touch too.
