This is 1 of them, also my favourite [Hainanese Chicken Rice Dumpling S$8.80] - raw glutinous rice marinated with garlic, onions, ginger, pandan leaves and lemongrass before dry-frying. The rice was infused by all these ingredients perfectly, then moulded around tender chicken thigh meat, enveloped in bamboo leaves and boiled in chicken stock for 4 hours.
