Was super happy to see this on the menu - it’s what we missed out on in Japan! Grids & Circles does their version of the toast with pear sauce, homemade konbu mayo and a fluffy slab of Japanese style tamago egg sandwiched in between. Liked the light touches of savouriness and sweetness, along with the slightly tangy mayo. Looks simple but was a lovely treat, though I’d like more of that sweet pear sauce to better balance out the flavours. Actual serving comes with greens and salted crisps, and it’s available on the menu till 6pm!
