Mussels and Clams in Sake Broth ($16.80)

Back to Essen@Pinnacle to have @wildwildcatch 's Shellfish in Sake Broth but picked the hybrid this time. Was not disappointed! Aside from the fresh clams which I had previously, the mussels were also juicy and plump without any fishy taste! It also goes really well with the sambal chilli provided! Absolutely loved this and I polished the broth even though it was a tad salty cos who doesn't like umami laden sake broth after such a generous portion of shellfish has simmered in it right😋!
