Coconut ice-cream with toppings like sambal ikan bilis, peanuts, rice puffs and cucumber slices

The peanuts and rice puffs gave a nice crunchiness to the coconut ice-cream

But the sambal ikan bilis left me a weird spicy aftertaste even after munching on the cucumber slices

To be honest, you either love this ice-cream or hate it... Sadly, I’m on the latter side
