Don't mind me, I'm just bumping my newfound favorite spot for drinks and amazing Italian. The beef ragu calzone ($22) is a hefty portion, so do come hungry. The tomato sauce is rich and hearty, while the delicious and perfectly seasoned insides contain more cheese than Dash Berlin's more recent tracks and as much beef as Tupac and Notorious B.I.G. had back in the day. The calzone is surprisingly light despite all the cheese deluge though, thanks to an artfully executed crust. Unfortunately, the dough at the center of the calzone is a little undercooked though, as it is just a touch pasty. Still, it's one amazing pie despite this shortcoming.
