This grilled tuna collar is DA BOMBZ! 💣 First, its massive. Second, it's grilled basically in its own oils, and grilled perfectly to give it that slight char on the surface. Third, the flesh! Oh man, so soft, moist and tender! Doesn't look like it, but this was a stunner! 😍
