Noodles were a wee bit clumpy here; perhaps tossed without too much oil as it also did not feel greasy. Sauce was savoury, but not of the really salty sort and the chili added have a really good spicy kick. Ingredients is pretty reasonably portioned but there were prawns, fish ball, sliced pork, lard and minced pork. The accompanying soup (not shown) was pretty clear and had a nice hint of fragrance from the egg tofu used!

Where was this stall located Xing Wei Chua ?
Veronica Phua I had this at Good Good Eating House at Sixth Ave; the same coffee shop also houses May's Kopi Bar :)
Xing Wei Chua To me, theirs remains the best ๐Ÿ˜‹
Veronica Phua ah ic ic ... I must agree that their savoury flavours are really unique to themselves and I love that really fiery kick too. Perhaps I just prefer more slurpy noodles
