An interesting creation of egg on a nest dish with a hidden tsukune patty under it. This starter dish has the right amount of taste and saltiness for both the egg and tsukune to get us ready for the mains later on. I find this a little pricy at $13, but I give in for their effort to create an aesthetically unique dish.
