Served with Mousseline Potatoes, Bigarade Sauce. One of the best Duck Leg Confit Iโve had! Decked with a crispy skin, the duck meat was fork-tender, moist and perfectly seasoned with the right amount of saltiness. Paired with Bigarade sauce that goes so wonderfully well with the rich duck confit.
