For this year Mid-Autumn Festival, Award-winning RWS Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong and Head Chef Li Kwok Kwong of Feng Shui Inn teamed up to craft four new all-natural snow skin mooncake flavours that are low in sugar and four exquisite teas handpicked from Tea Chapter, Singapore’s largest and oldest teahouse to pair with it.
