I was kind of surprised π² to see sea urchin in the dish, as I remembered that the staff who took my order, told me that sea urchin was not available and would be replaced by otoro (fatty tuna).
Another was surprised by the wide price range at the rotating belt from S$1.80++ to S$15.40++.
