Except it's so different from normal. The rice wasn't v thick and chewy, it's almost fluffy and paired w a savoury meat sauce which again, is well balanced here. No component overwhelms another and this is very easy to eat, unlike others which you might find super jelak after a few mouthfuls of oily dense rice. Must try, not because of how mind-blowing it is but simply because how the execution allows the dish to be not overwhelming, a rare feat
