Earl Grey Lavender
The unanimous favourite at the table, there was a good dose of floral flavour going on. With specks of tea found in every spoonful, the smooth scoop packed a wonderful well-balanced punch. The fragrance of the lavender was thankfully not too strong but blended in superbly and added a refreshing note.
Genmaicha
The tea flavour was a little milder than I prefer and the distinct roasted taste for genmaicha was rather light - just kinda milky in my opinion. However, the bits of hazelnut crunch studded within the creamy earthy scoop were a very nice touch - nutty and chocolate-y.
Chocolate Sorbet
A classic and foolproof flavour, the dark scoop was rich but not overly decadent or cloying - great as an after-meal treat. The pronounced taste of the cocoa was pretty enjoyable as it was a good balance of bittersweetness though as expected the sorbet melted to a puddle pretty quickly.
