For some strange reason, this burrata was rather sour-ish. Totally different from all the burratas I have had, and I dare say quite a few. 😬

I have a strong preference to have burrata with heirloom tomatoes or tomatoes of some form and Parma ham. It’s just the ideal combination, which does not/ has not fail.

Sadly, i did not quite enjoy this and definitely would not recommend. The pork belly mango salad from the set lunch menu was a whole lot better than this ala carte appetizer
