We were lucky to have all 5 types of oysters when we visited Humpback. Don't worry if you are not proficient in the types of oysters because the menu provides very detailed description of the origin and tastes of the oysters.

There were Hama Hama, Blue Pool, Kennedy Creek, Fat Bastard and Kusshi. My personal favourite was Blue Pool which has a deep flavour yet sweet finishing notes. 😋
