Do you know that there are different éclairs at different Le Méridien around the world? In Singapore, @lemeridiensgsentosa has Chocolate Gold, Raspberry Coconut and Pandan Kaya. My fav is the Pandan Kaya. Ladies would probably love the slightly tart raspberry coconut!
