Char Siew Noodle ($5) is actually dry-tossed noodles with a rich savoury dark sauce. The noodles they use here are thin and silky, with a slurpy and chewy texture. The dark sauce mixture that coats the noodles is just right, not overly thick. Bean sprouts, veggies, and spring onion can also be found in it. The Char Siew is not your regular Char Siew you might have thought of; rather, the taste somewhat differs from what you've been imagining. Its taste, colour, and texture are more like braised, closest I can think of is braised duck. It's chewy, juicy, and garlicky. You can't eat it without their Homemade Sambal Belacan too, damn authentic and pedas. 🥵 It's the kind of creamy spicy flavour that you can commonly find in Malaysia only. If you like their sambal, they also sell bottles of it.
