Just your average dim sum with an average taste at an average price.
Fried Pork Chop Rice ($5.80) – Plain rice topped with a crispy pork chop, drizzled with savoury soy sauce. The pork chop was delicious, with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavourful meat inside.
Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken & Mushroom ($4.50) – Moist, sticky rice paired with tender chicken, smooth chewy mushrooms, and flavourful preserved sausage. The savouriness was well-balanced with a hint of sweetness, making it quite filling.
Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce ($4.80) – Succulent, savoury meat with lots of bone, just your classic dim sum staple.
Steamed Xiao Long Bao ($4.50) – A little soupy inside, but the skin was thick, and the meat tasted pretty standard. Nothing particularly special, just your typical XLB.
Poached Baby Kailan ($6.80) – Crunchy greens drizzled with oyster and soy sauce. Just a simple dish to add some veggies to the meal.
Snow Fungus Longan Dessert ($3.80) – A classic light, comforting and cooling dessert with a sweet lingering taste.
