The mini loco moco don lives up to its โminiโ status by being pretty small portion-wise. Thankfully, it makes up for itโs lack of quantity with substantial quality. While the buttery and creamy foie gras was cooked perfectly, the homemade luncheon meat was more impressive. Although it tastes familiar to the processed version we are all acquainted with, it has a slightly more tender texture and does not have the overly salted/preservative-laden flavour. Pretty interesting and provides a nice savoury burst of flavour to the entire dish.
