A year ago, I would have balked at the idea of having lunch on my own in public. Perhaps my solo travel in Seoul some months ago has influenced my perception of dining alone – I actually find it refreshing now and I appreciate the tranquility that comes with spending time with just some good food, a good book, and myself. Today, I'm treating myself to a Japanese Carbonara with an extra onsen egg; the set comes with freshly baked focaccia, a mini salad, and a drink. Loving it.
