For sweets we had a choice and mine was the mutant coconut which was grilled and served with coconut sugar ice cream.

There are palate cleansers and there’s Sorn’s.

If you recall, I was so impressed how Chef Yodkwan was able to bring up the heat and then tamper it down again.

Herbs and greens from the southern Thai garden to accompany our meal.

Stinky beans and sea conch with homemade fermented abalone, mantis shrimp and hoof sauce

Saloh madu, fish roe and gaewgu fish in yellow curry.

Pumpkin and egg with lobster and pork.
