Hope everyone had a great Christmas party! This is a log cake I ordered for my office party.

A chocolate sponge rolled to enclosed a sweet a banana in a layer of fresh cream. The exterior was flaky, sponge was soft, cream was light, and the dark bitter chocolate brings out the natural sweetness of the banana.
