Went for the trio platter with roast duck, roast pork and char siew. The duck was the highlight β moist, flavourful and topped with a silky layer of skin, just enough fat to make it indulgent without being greasy.
The roast pork impressed with its crunchy crackling skin and well-seasoned meat. Itβs nicely balanced and not too salty. The char siew was tender but lacked that signature caramelised glaze and sweetness.
Served with fluffy rice drenched in savoury sauce and a comforting bowl of soup on the side, itβs a hearty, no-fuss roast meat fix that delivers where it counts.
