There are two options for the lunch menu, either three-course (€55) or four course (€68). The only difference is that the 4 course allows you to choose from two proteins, instead of just one. This is how I had both fish and horse for my meal.

Having tried horse sashimi in Kyushu, I opted for horse instead of wagyu here just to taste how cooked horsemeat tastes like. Just like how the sashimi version of thi meat compares with beef, the cooked version still shares many similarities, except it's more dense, a bit more gamey, and more lean. I definitely still prefer beef, so it's not a game changer if you haven't tried horse meat before.
