Yam rice is fine, but doesn't work with the turtle which is on the milder side

Turtle was excellent, well deboned and perfectly cooked to tenderness, with different parts obviously cooked separately to perfection

Soup is thick and rich.

They are the standard for turtle soup anywhere in the world
