"Beet-strami" they called it, at last night's 4-hander with @chefryanclift and Sydney's Brent Savage. Chef Savage brought the all-vegetarian concept that he showcases at his hugely popular Yellow in Sydney to this unique dinner at V-Dining.
The degustation menu left us satiated and happy, never mind that there was no meat involved. Too bad it was just over two nights, but look out for more interesting collaborations by the fabulous V-Dining team in future!
