this Mayura Wagyu doesn’t come cheap but it was really good, done right with slightly burnt Onion Mustard and Tamari Brown Butter Sauce.

a little secret hidden in this ball of pickled White Kimchi (scroll right) - Iberico Secreto grilled to perfection.

as much as i would like to praise this Steamed Hapuka, it’s a little difficult cos when something light like this comes served together with the next dish (see next post), i just can’t taste anything much from this fish.

not usually something i will order but at the recommendation of the wait staff, i had this Baby Leek with Roasted Pistachios and boy, did it change my perception of leeks!

had one of the most enjoyable meals on Monday at @blackwattle_sg.

Green tomatoes, creme fraiche, ikura and bone marrow dressing.

@blackwattle_sg was the highlight of our anniversary dinner - a dash of creativity and audacity in this aussie themed meal.
