San Marzano tomatoes DOP, Argentinian prawns, prawn bisque, garlic, lemon zest. The pizza had a chewy crust with moderate crispness and generous flavour. A squeeze of lemon added refreshing brightness. The tomato flavour paired nicely with the umami‑heavy prawn note. It was a little slippery to eat, as the toppings slid off the base when pulled, showing the crust did not hold well. Overall, I liked the toppings and flavour, but the base dough could be better.
