They call themselves duck master and they definitely lived up to the name. One of the best ducks I've ever had and has no peer at its price point. Skin was paper thin and crispy while the meat was tender and juicy. Duck meat was really well perfumed by all the spices tucked inside the cavity. While the meat closer to the skin can be slightly dry from roasting, it's a necessary evil to give rise to such immense flavour. There's this slight galling sweet smell but it really compliments the duck well when you bite into the flesh. The whole oven sold out within 5 minutes from when the oven is opened lol
