Had to give this a try after seeing Burpple Tastemaker Eleanor's burp about this. Each deep-fried bun contains a fat and melty slab of pork belly, which is smokey in its taste. The condiments differ from each bun, from beancurd to broccoli to chili and mango. The last one appears to be the most interesting of the lot, while the broccoli one was a tad bland.
