This rendition impressed with a strong hit of laksa flavour and most of the trappings of a traditional laksa including spongy tau pok, crunchy bean sprouts, fishcake and tiger prawns. What I appreciated most was that the dry-style sauce was the perfect consistency and coated every single strand evenly with its subtly spicy, coconut-y deliciousness.
