House ricotta tartine with oven roasted tomatoes, baby spinach, basil.

The ricotta is so good - creamy yet light so you won’t feel gelat finishing the tartine by yourself. The oven roasted tomatoes add a nice sweetness and all the components work well together. The bread is also soft yet crusty at the edges ( I hate good bread that are unnecessarily over toasted). Love the bread and ricotta.

I prefer this to their ciabatta “sandwich of the day”. The ciabatta was good but I did not enjoy the combination of cold roasted carrots, feta and ciabatta.

Their coffee is robust - which I like - and chocolate chip buckwheat cookie is soooo good.
