The star of this dish was definitely the sauce. It was spicy, tangy and garlicky. ❤️ the chopped up garlic inside. I used it on the beef and the rice. So good. Beef was well done, just as I requested. The fats on the meat made it juicy and succulent. Fried rice was good too. Got wok hei and not too oily. My current fav.
