This upgraded rendition comes with two poached eggs sitting on top a bed of mashed potato and crispy potato shreds that gives it an additional mouthfeel and crunch. To up the ante and give it a luxurious touch, a truffle paste & wine sauce was prepared specifically for this dish that was drizzled onto the eggs before freshly shaven black truffles joined the party.

Other notable dishes during the tasting include the appetizer of Tuna Tataki & Tomatoes ($13), Italian comfort food of Medley Mushroom Risotto ($16) and Freshwater Seafood Risotto ($18). Vegetarians are definitely not left out as there’s the d’Big Bello Burger ($18).
