The blueberry sauce worked wonderfully on the tender lamb chop, with more blueberries to add to its juiciness. The lamb didn't have the slightest gamey taste. With the sweet and sour sauce, it tasted more a like sweet and sour pork instead. Wa lah! So this was what they meant by modern a Chinese dish. Some of their other dishes also had interesting twists that worked quite well and tasted good.
