The Jibby Group has just too many good things in Subang, the first being famed Jibby & Co in Empire. Now with its Chinese counterpart, Jibby Chow in SS15 Courtyard, it seems they're taking the liberty to up Subang Jaya's gastronomic scene. Was delighted to attend their Crab Party - the best kind where you get to eat with your hands without being stared at. The toasty delish of Mongolian Lamb would have you know that it's well-marinated and incredibly tender to your fork. The next celeb was the Butter Crab, slathered in rich, buttery sauce that takes the win when paired with the mini deep fried mantao. Crabs were fascinatingly huge too and my top catch was the Marmite Crab drenched in a sticky, caramelised Marmite sauce.
