Black Carrot Cake $3 by Serene Tan

Yummy Fried Black Carrot Cake (S$3) with lots of egg. Portion size is good. Firm texture carrot cake, not mushy, nor overly sweet for the black. It's also not as oily as other fried carrot cake I have eaten before. Overall its not bad.

The cheng tng here was refreshing and comes with an abundance of ingredients, such as longan, white fungus, sago pearls and sweet potatoes, with the latter ordered in additional which was sweet and filling!

Can’t beat a lazy Saturday of fruit salad by the pool with chilled coconut water 😋
