According to Google, an air fryer is a smaller version of convection oven. Sounds good!

Here's my attempt using @bettycrocker Cookie Mix with Double Chocolate Chunk. It was a simple and fuss free recipe as it only require 3 ingredients to add to the cookie mix.

1⃣ Water
2⃣ Vegetable Oil
3⃣ Egg

Note that I had added one extra teaspoon of baking soda powder to make it soft and fluffy!

A handheld electric mixer is highly recommended as loads of arm strength is required here! As I am lazy, I created a huge cookie to bake. All in all, it took 20 min to bake per batch using my @mayerspore Air Fryer. Very pleased with my cookie - crunchy surface and moist inside!

The dough should be able to make approximately 5 monster cookies (6 inch diameter). I managed to make 3 and froze the remaining cookie dough for my next cookie adventure.
