Quite unbelievable that everything on the board was made in the kitchen. Can only imagine all the hours and sweat that went int there. The amazing selection came with duck rillettes, chicken liver mousse, pâté en croute, country style terrine and foie gras “mi-cuit”. Every component of the board was delicious and enjoyable, with the rillettes and the foie pâte being the top favorites for us.
