We tried the signature iberico pork charsiew and roast pork platter ($14.90). The roast pork is chunky and the skin is super crispy drizzled with yellow mustard sauce the HK style. The charsiew is sweet although lack of the char. Would still prefer their roast more than the beef though. You know how i find unchewable beef slices a turn-off.
