The piece de resistance at Wizards has to be this beautiful sculpture of a foie gras-topped brioche. The sublime combination of melt-in-your-mouth duck liver, sweet and lightly crisp bacon and duxelle shrooms makes for an excellent flavour, culminated only by that dollop of zesty mixed berries reduction!

Also adore how that little rectangle of brioche acts as a pillow beneath, soaking up all the creamy goodness above.
